Prospectus

The Avenue Viera is a unique outdoor lifestyle center concept consisting of a dynamic mix of premier national retailers, select local merchants and specialty restaurants. It is conveniently located just off I-95 for easy access.
 

SCAF will be held on the spacious paved parking lot of this popular and busy shopping center.  The Avenue® Viera will be promoting SCAF in addition to SCAF’s advertising and publicity. And there is plenty of free parking for Artists and Patrons alike!

Artists will be jury-selected to exhibit in this outdoor fine art show, one of the top shows in the Southeast, drawing outstanding master artists from throughout the United States and beyond. All our judges are required to have an MFA and to live outside of Florida.

The Space Coast Art festival is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization governed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors. We have been praised by participating artists for being artist friendly and for our teams of cheerful, helpful Volunteers.

Our low fees are $40 Jury Fee,
additional $25 for late Jury Fee,
and $350 Booth Fee.

Due to COVID-19, a revised refund policy is in place for the 2020 Space Coast Art Festival.

Should an Artist be unable to attend SCAF on October 17 and 18, 2020, due to a COVID-19 infection, a refund will be made in the amount the Artist has paid for the Booth Fee, providing that a letter from a Doctor is presented to SCAF as proof of COVID-19 infection.

Should COVID-19 cause SCAF not to be held on October 17 and 18, 2020, due to state or local restrictions for people gathering in groups, the amount the Artist has paid for the Booth Fee will be refunded to the Artist.

Important Dates:

• Application Deadline: July 10, 2020
   
• Late Application Deadline: July 24, 2020 
   
• Booth Payment Deadline: August 15, 2020
   
• Jury Results Available on JAS: August 5, 2020 (SCAF does not keep a wait list)
   
• Set-up: After 12:00 noon on Friday, October 16, 2020
   
• Festival Dates: October 17-18, 2020
   
• Payment: Jury Fee to be paid online at time of registration via JAS.
   
• Booth Fee: to be paid by check or credit card no later than August 15, 2020. Full instructions on Mail-in Information Sheet 

Last Year’s Award Winners are automatically juried in, therefore no Jury Fee is required. However, you must still complete the JAS Registration by July 24, 2020, and then submit the Information Sheet with Booth Fee to SCAF by August 15, 2020.)

Artist Statement

An Artist Statement describing the technique, materials, and processes used in the creation of your entire body of work must be included with each Juried Art Services entry. Co-artists must describe the collaboration.
