About the Show

Vero Beach FLThis is a 2-day  Fine Arts Festival at the prestigious Pointe West Country Club. The show layout is circular with no dead ends. 10' x 10' artist exhibiting space. Restroom facilities and food trucks are available onsite.

This event will be heavily promoted with large newspaper ads, posters, radio, signs and social outlets. Information booth and roving host volunteers available to assist exhibitors during show hours. See show rules and application requirements for details.

Open to VBAC Members and Non-Members.

1)    Application fee: $35.00, late application fee $60.00

2)    Booth fee – payment due within 15 days of receiving invite.

              $150.00 VBAC Members

              $250.00 Non-Member

3)    Application opens February 9, 2024

4)    Application deadline is June 7, 2024, late deadline is June 14, 2024

5)    Notification by July 15, 2024

6)    Payment due by August 1, 2024

7)    Show set up for artists Friday, November 1, 2024 1 PM to 5 PM

8)    Show opens Saturday, November 2, 2024 at 10 AM, all booths need to be set up by 9:30 AM

9)    Show closes Sunday, November 3, 2024 at 4 PM.

10)  No parking spaces are available behind artist booths.


A panel of jurors will review the applicant's artwork examples excluding the artist  names. Selections will be based solely on the artwork submitted. Jury result notices will be emailed by 7-15-24 and booth fees will be due within 15 days.

Application Requirements:

1)    One category per application. The tent space is 10' x 10' with 5' in between spaces. Maximum height of 10' and white tents only.

2)    4 digital images are required with an online application. 3 images showing examples of artwork and 1 image of  booth display for each application. Booth photo may not contain the artist or the artist's name.

3)    A non-refundable application fee of $35.00 ($60 late fee) is required at time of application, payable online with a credit card.

4)    Booth fees are payable upon notification of acceptance by credit card online or by check and are due no later than 8-1-24.

5)    No refunds for cancellation or inclement weather.

6)    You may exhibit a maximum of two categories in one booth if both categories are accepted in the show. Each category requires a separate application.

General Rules:

1)    Electricity is not available. If you have a fire extinguisher, please bring it and have it visible.

2)    No music in your booth or other noise-making during show hours.

3)    Do not display show awards from previous shows.

4)    No smoking, candles or other open flames are allowed.

5)    No pets are allowed

6)    You are responsible for the safety and security of your booth. The Vero Beach Art Club is not liable for losses. We have professional security during non show hours.

7)    Artist restrooms are available during show hours.

8)    Trash should be thrown in receptacles daily.

Display Rules:

1)    All artwork must be the original creation of the artist, be for sale and clearly marked with a price.

2)    Artists must work their own booth. No one may work the booth for the artist, but you may have an assistant.

3)    Closing down before the show ends on any day is cause for future disqualification for future  Pointe West Art Festivals.
