The 5th annual Artisan Fair produced by The Lancaster Designer Craftsmen chapter of the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen will take place on November 12 and 13, 2022 in the West Hall of the Lebanon Valley Exposition Center and Fairgrounds in Lebanon PA.  After a 2-year break due to the COVID pandemic we are looking forward to an exciting return to an Expo of American made fine craft and fine art featuring local and national fine artist and craftspeople who make functional pottery, handmade jewelry, designer clothing, glass art, woodworking and more.

The Artisan Fair is a 2-day event featuring approximately 70 plus juried artisans.   

Lebanon Valley Exposition Center and Fairgrounds is centrally located betewen Harrisburg, Hershey, Lancaster, and Reading PA areas. The Lebanon Valley Exposition Center has 8 exposition halls with multiple events typically happening at the same time.

Our show committee is made up of dedicated volunteers who are also experienced craft show artisans who understand your needs.

  • $20 non-refundable Application fee must be paid at time of application by Credit card via PayPal


Submissions representing the finest quality craftsmanship.  Applications are not restricted to residency of any state or country or membership in a Fine Craft Guild.

Standards for Displayed Works

All items displayed must be the work of the craftsperson of record and that have been conceived and perfected by the artist's own hands and created in the artist’s studio. Our shows feature original materials by fine professionals, and therefore, assemblages, embellishments, commercial products, or work made from commercially available kits are not eligible. Consumables such as, but not limited to: vinegars, soaps, lotions, perfumes and candles are not eligible. Prints may comprise up to 20% of the display.  No "seconds" or "sale" signs permitted. All shows are floor juried. Work displayed must be representative of your submitted application or you will be asked to remove it. Failure to comply with stated rules or a misrepresentation of work may result in expulsion from the show.

Sales Tax 

You must have a valid Pennsylvania Department of Revenue sales tax ID number to participate in this show.

You must collect and submit 6% sales tax on all sales. A valid PA Sales Tax ID number is required on this application.  To apply for your sales and use tax license, google "Sales and Use Tax PA".


Exhibitors provide all aspects of display. Booths must have a professional appearance with covered backdrops on 3 sides. (2 sides for corner spaces).  Walls/backdrops must be minimum 6 feet or higher. Booth structures or materials cannot extend into adjacent spaces or aisles. NO CANOPY TOPS ARE PERMITTED.

Attendance & Set Up 

The craftsperson of record (as listed on application) must be present during the entire show. Booths must be set up, staffed and open on time. All load-in is done during your assigned  schedule. Exhibitor vehicles must be parked in specified locations. No early breakdown.

Cancellation Policy & Refunds

Your application is your commitment and thus no refunds are available less than 120 days in advance. In the event you must cancel please notify us immediately via email at  In the event Lancaster Designer Craftsmen is forced to cancel the show due to circumstances beyond our control (ex Covid) any booth fees paid will be refunded or can be applied to next year's show.

Payment of Non-refundable $20 Application Fee 

We are only accepting payment of the application fee via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account. You can use your credit card or PayPal account balance to pay the application fee.
