TO AVOID BEING DISCONNECTED, GET ORGANIZED FIRST:

If you are inactive for 15 minutes while filling out your application, you will be timed out -- disconnected -- and your info may not saved.

• Cookies: This system requires the use of cookies, if you have cookies disabled in your browser you will not be able to apply online. Please refer to your browsers help for information on enabling cookies. To learn about cookies click here
• Pop-ups: This site uses pop-up windows to display full size versions of your artwork, If you have pop-up blocking software on your computer you will need to allow pop-ups for this site: http://www.juriedartservices.com. This will allow Juried Art Services pop-ups only.
• You will need approximately 20 minutes of uninterrupted time to complete the application process.
• Have ready your contact information, name, address, phone numbers, including cell phone. There are 3 very short screens of information to fill in.

Step 1, you will create the username and password you will use to log into your personal portfolio and applications manager. We recommend using your email address as your username, but you can enter any name that you like between 8 - 32 characters. You will also answer a reminder Q/A that you can use if you need to retrieve information and have forgotten your password.

Step 2 - Enter your Name & Address information. For international addresses use the box for province. Business information is optional.

Step 3 - Provide your contact information. We require one phone number and a valid email address.

The below may vary depending on individual show requirements. Please refer to the show Application Information page for specific image and text requirements.

PREPARE THE FOLLOWING AHEAD so you can enter them quickly while online:

• The overall descriptions of your technique and materials (1,000 characters or less)
  
• Each individual image name and description (300 characters or less)
• Images need to be sized at least 1400 pixels, at the longest or widest dimension but no greater than 2000 pixels on either side. If images exceed 2000 pixels when they are added to our system there will probably be a loss of quality. The number of images may vary depending on the show requirements and some shows require a booth photo. You may upload as many as 15 images into a single portfolio and then select those you prefer for your application.
• Decide the order in which you wish to have your images displayed.
• No digitally manipulated or enhanced images will be accepted. You may only adjust for brightness, contrast, color correction and remove scratches or debris. For a detailed explanation of the eJury system and image requirements please read the online help pages.

If you will use a credit card to pay for your online application, enter your credit card information and click SUBMIT

If you will pay by check or money order, you must include your email/username, password and application I.D. number with your payment. Then mail your payment to the address of the show you are applying to.

After your payment has been received, you can view your application, edit your personal information, and change the order of your images at any time before the online deadline for applications (midnight eastern standard time).
