Art Olympia 2015 est un nouveau concours international d'art contemporain. Son objectif principal est de découvrir des artistes talentueux et de les aider à s'épanouir dans leur carrière artistique à l'échelle mondiale. Art Olympia attribuera le montant total de $ 500,000, réparti en plusieurs prix à 240 artistes sélectionnés à travers le monde.
Art Olympia poursuit un triple objectif:
(1) Connecter
Créer et développer de nouveaux réseaux dans le monde de l'art et de la culture afin de permettre aux artistes de differents pays de se communiquer et de se rencontrer.
En soutenant les artistes du concours Art Olympia, nous stimulons le développement de leur carrière artistique et leur ouvrons de nouveaux espaces de créativité.
(2) Découvrir
Découvrir les futurs artistes internationaux. Art Olympia recueillera les oeuvres d'artistes du monde entier et les proposera au jugement de jurys composés d’experts d'art internationaux.
La composition éclectique de jurys de différentes origines culturelles et historiques favorisera la richesse des points de vue au service d’une découverte plus large d’artistes talentueux.
(3) Créer
Encourager, Inspirer et Promouvoir les artistes de la nouvelle génération ainsi qu'un nouveau sens de l'esthétique et de la beauté.
Nous croyons que cet échange culturel va aider les artistes à se développer au-delà de frontières.
Pour les candidats qui s’incrivent à Paris
La première séléction aura lieu dans trois villes, New York, Paris et Tokyo. Elle permettra de sélectionner 80 œuvres dans chaque ville. Ces 240 œuvres seront en compétition pour la sélection finale à Tokyo.
LE PRIX:
Le gagnant du premier prix recevra $ 120,000, le deuxième,$ 30,000 et le troisième,$ 20,000 accompagnés des trophées originaux Art Olympia.
Pour la Catégorie Etudiant, le gagnant du premier prix recevra $ 20,000, le deuxième, $ 10,000 et le troisième, $ 5,000 accompagnés des trophées originaux Art Olympia.
Tous les lauréats recevront un prix en espèces et leurs œuvres seront exposées à Tokyo. Les images d’oeuvres et les noms des finalistes seront publiés dans des magazines d'art à travers le monde.
Au premier tour, quatre experts évalueront les images des œuvres en ligne. Au deuxieme tour, quatorze jurés évalueront et détermineront les gagnants au vu des œuvres réelles. Afin d'avoir un systeme de jugement equitable , les œuvres seront jugées par un système préétabli de notation.. Le total des points et le classement des finalistes seront officiellement annoncés. Quatorze prix spéciaux des jurés pour la partie générale de la competition et quatorze autres pour la compétition étudiante seront attribués aux œuvres ayant obtenus le plus haut score de chaque juré. Ces spéciaux des jurés permetront de recompenser les œuvres qui n'ont pas fait ll'unanimitée chez les jurés.

Règlements d’inscription
(1) Les oeuvres faisant l’objet de ce premier concours sont des oeuvres picturales à deux dimensions , toutes matières confondus, produites par un travail individuel. Les oeuvres calligraphiques, photographiques ou sous forme de vidéos, de sculpture ou d’installation ainsi que les oeuvres de collaboration ne sont pas acceptées.
(2) Les oeuvres doivent être originales, inédites et créées par l’artiste qui la présente.
(3)Dimensions et poids
Dimension maximale : 117cm x 117cm (46 x 46 pouces)
Profondeur maximale : 10 cm (4 pouces) (cadre compris)
Poids maximum : 20 kg
(4) Encadrement
Pour des raison de protection, l’oeuvre doit être encadrée. Le cadre doit être plus profond que le travail et pas plus large que 8cm (3,2 pouces). Les Œuvres non encadrées ne seront pas acceptées pour le jugement du dernier tour.
Le verre ne doit pas être utilisé pour le cadrage, mais le plexiglas est acceptable.
Les œuvres qui ne sont pas conformes aux règles ne seront pas acceptées.
Période d'inscription
Période d'inscription : Du 1er Décembre 2014 au 31 Mars 2015
Les dossiers d’inscription doivent etre remplis et les frais d'inscription doivent être transférés avant 23:59 PDT le 31 Mars 2015. Aucune dossier ne sera accepté après l'heure de fermeture.
Admissibilité
1. Indépendamment de la nationalité, vous habitez hors Japon et le continent amérique, et de l'âge de 18 ans ou plus.
2. Votre objectif est de devenir un artiste professionnel et vous êtes déterminé à continuer art.
3. Catégories
● Catégorie Générale : Tous les candidats (sans limite d’âge)
●Catégorie Etudiant : Les candidats qui sont inscrits dans un établissement d’enseignement supérieur.
Frais d'inscription
Catégorie Générale: 60 $ pour une oeuvre , 100 $ pour 2 oeuvres, 140 $ pour trois oeuvres
Catégorie Etudiant : 40 $ pour une oeuvre, 70 $ pour 2 oeuvres, 100 $ pour trois oeuvres
* Nombre limite d’oeuvres à inscrire : 3
Paiement: Nous acceptons Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, et PayPal.
* Il est important de noter que les frais d'inscription ne sont pas remboursables et ni transférables pour une raison quelconque.
-Les candidats sont responsables de l'envoi de l’oeuvre et des frais d’envoi, à l'adresse indiquée à Tokyo ainsi que de la couverture par une assurance si souhaité.
-Art Olympia couvrira les frais de renvois des oeuvres, leur couverture par une assurance ainsi que les frais de douane. (Les oeuvres seront renvoyées a l'adresse indiqué par les candidates.).

Toutes les inscritions à Paris doivent être faites en ligne . Nous n'acceptons pas d'inscription avec le formulaire imprimé.
Avant l'inscription en ligne, veuillez lire attentivement les informaitons suivantes et suivre le système d'inscription JAS (Juried Art Services).

Veuillez noter les points suivants,
- Le dimensions de l’oeuvre ne doit pas être supérieure à 117x117 cm (46x46 pouces).
- Toutes les œuvres doivent être encadrées ou étirées, adéquatement câblées et prêtes à accrocher.
- La valeur de l’oeuvre doit être au maximum 2000 $. (Les œuvres dont la valeur dépasse $ 2000 ne seront pas acceptées.)
- Les œuvres qui ont déjà été présentés à d'autres concours ne seront pas acceptées.

Art Olympia 2015 is a new international open art competition. The main goals are to discover talented artists and to support them so that their global art careers may flourish. Art Olympia will give away a total of $500,000 in cash awards and prizes to 240 select artists from all over the world.
Art Olympia embodies the following three concepts:
(1) CONNECT
First of all, we would like to establish a worldwide hub of art and culture which would meet and connect domestic artists to international artists.
By introducing artists through Art Olympia, we aim to expand their opportunities to succeed, from their local environment to infinite boundaries.
(2) DISCOVER
Secondly, we would like to discover future global artists. Art Olympia will collect artworks from all over the world and invite domestic and foreign art experts as jurors.
A variety of jurors from different cultural and historical backgrounds will broaden the possibility of recognizing talented artists.
(3) CREATE
Lastly, our passion is to encourage and inspire artists creating the next generation of art and a new aesthetic sense of beauty.
We believe the exchange of culture through Art Olympia will stimulate artists to grow beyond their borders.
Prospectus for Paris base
Primary round judging will be held at three locations, New York, Paris and Tokyo, to select 80 works from each location, which will proceed to the final judging. At the final round judging 240 artworks will be evaluated in Tokyo to decide the winners.
AWARDS:
For general awards, the first prize winner will receive $120,000, the second prize winner $30,000, and the third prize winner $20,000 with the Art Olympia original trophies.
For student awards, the first prize winner will receive $20,000, the second $10,000, and the third $5,000 with the Art Olympia original trophies.
All of the 240 finalists will receive cash prizes, have their works displayed at the exhibition, will have exposure on worldwide art magazines, and will be listed on the original pictorial records of works as well as the Art Olympia website.
At the primary round judging, five art experts will evaluate the works as digital images. At the final round judging, fifteen jurors will evaluate and decide the winners by looking at the actual works. In order to have the competition fair, works will be judged by a point system, and total points and the ranking of the finalist will be announced officially. Fifteen special prizes from the jurors for general competition and another fifteen for student competition will be awarded to the works which each juror scores the highest. This is not to miss out the works which has split evaluation among jurors.

Entry Rules and Regulations
(1) 2-dimensional works, which can be representational or abstract; oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel, mineral pigments, print, charcoal, digital/multimedia art, mixed media etc. (photography, calligraphy, video, sculpture, and group/collaboration works are not accepted)
(2) Original works that have never been previously submitted to other competitions (rule offender will be revoked)
(3) Size and weight
Maximum Size: 117cm x 117cm (46 x 46 inch)
There is no minimum size.
Maximum Depth: 10cm (4 inch) (including the frame)
Maximum weight: 20kg (44.1lbs)
(4) Framing
For protection purposes, the work entered MUST be framed. The frame must be deeper than the work and no wider than 8cm (3.2 inch). Unframed works will not be accepted for the final round judging.
Glass should not be use for framing, but acrylic glass is acceptable.
Please note the works which does not comply with the rules WILL NOT be accepted.
Entry Period
Entry Period: December 01, 2014 – March 31, 2015
Entry must be competed and registration fee must be paid by 11:59pm PDT on March 31st 2015. No submission is accepted after the closing time.
Eligibility
1.Regardless of nationality, you must be a resident of except Japan or North & South America continent, and the age of 18 or older.
2.Your goal is to become a professional artist and you are determined to continue art.
3.Categories
●General Category: All entrants
●Student Category: Entrants who are enrolled in a university (grad school) or technical school or similar at the time of entry
*All participants are entitled to enter in the General Category regardless of age, etc.
Entry Fee
General submission: $60 for 1 image, $100 for 2 images, $140 for 3 images
Student submission: $40 for 1 image, $70 for 2 images, $100 for 3 images
*Each artist is limited to THREE images.
Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
*Please note entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable for any reason.
-Entrants are responsible for shipping their works to the designated address in Tokyo and purchasing any insurance desire
- Art Olympia will bear the return shipping cost, insurance from Tokyo, and customs procedures for returning. (Works will be shipped to the designated address by the entrant.)
Online Submission
All the submission must be done through our online entry system, and we do not accept entry with the print-out entry form.
Prior to the online entry, please have the following information ready to get things done on time. Please follow the JAS entry system.
- contact information for the registration and notification
- title, actual artwork size& weight, materials, theme, produced year of the work
- high quality image of the work (JPG format)
Please note the followings,
- The work should be no larger than 117x117 centimeters (46x46 inches).
- All works must be framed or stretched, adequately wired and ready to hang.
- The value of the work must be $2,000 or less. (The works with the value of over $2,000 will not be accepted.)
- The works that have been previously submitted to other competitions will not be accepted

Art Olympia 是以東京、紐約、巴黎為募據點，以發掘有才能藝術家為目的的，隔年舉辦的國際性藝術公募展示競賽。Art Olympia設立了獎金總額50萬美元的現金獎勵及豐富形式的副獎（東京會場作品展示，姓名及作品在藝術雜誌登載等），並從世界各地公開募集約240名藝術家的作品，以支持藝術家們的後續創作活動。

Prospectus for Paris base巴黎募據點的說明
通過設立東京、紐約、巴黎三個募據點，從世界各地公開募集作品。各募據點將分別審查選拔約80件作品(一般部門60件、學生部門20件)、共計240件作品，並在東京進行最終審查。
AWARDS: 獎勵
一般部門的第一名將獲得美金120,000, 第二名將獲得美金30,000, 第三名將獲得美金20, 000, 並都將獲得Art Olympia之獎牌。
學生部門的第一名將獲得美金20,000, 第二名將獲得美金10,000, 第三名將獲得美金5, 000, 並都將獲得Art Olympia之獎牌。
主辦單位將為一至六名設置特殊的獎勵
學生應募者將會自動同時參加一般部門和學生部門的選拔。
所以參與最終審查之240位參賽者將會獲得獎金，作品將於東京會場展示，姓名及作品將會於藝術雜誌以及Art Olympia的網站上登載。
初審階段，四位審查員將會依作品電子檔進行審查。 最終審查時，將會以作品原作進行審查。為求競賽之公平性與透明性，審查方法采用得分制，通過各審查員的合計點數進行評選。最終審查後，會公布得獎以上的作品的得點。一般部門以及學生部門將會分別有十四位參賽者獲得「審查員・實行委員會特別獎」。各審查員・實行委員分別可以選出自己認為的最好作品並授予該作品獲得本獎項以為求客觀的對一個作品進行評價。

Entry Rules and Regulations 參與辦法及規則
(1) 參賽作品一律為2D 平面作品，可為具象或抽象作品。媒材可為油畫、壓克力、水彩、粉 彩、礦物顏料、版畫、炭筆、數位或多媒體藝術以及複合媒材等。
(相片、書法、影像、錄像、雕塑、及共同創作的作品一律不得參賽。)
(2) 參賽作品不得同時或已報名其他比賽，違者作品將拒收或予以退件。
(3) 大小與重量
作品長寬限制 ：長寬大小分別不得大於117公分 (46 x46 英吋) (裝框前) 裝框後作品長寬分別不得大於133cm。沒有最小尺寸的限制
作品高(厚)度限制 ：作品高(厚)度不能超過10公分(含框的高度)
作品重量限制 ：不得超過20公斤
(4) 裝框規則
為保護作品，所有參與的作品需一律裝框完成。框的高度需大於作品的高度，但框的寬度不得超過8公分 (3.2 英吋)，未經裝框的作品一律不得進入最終審查階段。
不得以玻璃鏡面裝框，但可使用壓克力鏡面。
參賽作品如未依照本單位之參賽辦法及各項規定，將無法參與競賽。

Eligibility 參賽資格
1.年滿18歲者。
應募者居住地決定應募者有資格在哪個募集據點（東京，紐約，巴黎）進行應募，每個募集據點有不同的募集條款和規定。並附上以下的限制。
紐約募據點…主要募集居住在北美、南美的藝術家作品。
巴黎募據點…主要募集居住在亞洲(日本除外)、歐洲、非洲、大洋洲居住的藝術家作品。
東京募據點…主要募集日本國內居住的藝術家作品。
2.目標為成為專業的藝術家並持續創作之藝術家
3.部門
●一般部門：所有參賽者
●學生部門：須為在校學生。包含一般學士生及碩博士生，或科技大學之學生。
*所有參賽者不論年齡，都將自動歸類於一般部門。
*一般部門從所有的應募作品中選出，學生部門從學生的應募作品中選出。學生應募者將會同時參加一般部門和學生部門的選拔。
Entry Fee 參賽費用
一般部門：一件作品應繳美金60元，兩件作品美金100元，三件作品則為美金140元。
學生部門：一件作品應繳美金40元，兩件作品美金70元，三件作品則為美金100元。
*每位參賽者最多只能繳三件作品。
報名費付款規定：可以接受Visa, 萬事達卡(MasterCard), 美國運通卡(American Express), 發現卡(Discover) 以及PayPal
*請注意參賽費用一律不予以退回或轉讓。
Art Olympia 將會負責作品退件之所有流程、費用及以及保險。(作品將會從日本東京退回 至參賽者所填寫的地址。)

所有線上報名程序需透過Art Olympia之線上報名系統(JAS 系統)，紙本申請一律不予接受。
在申請線上報名前，請先仔細閱讀以下注意事項，備妥所需資料並按照JAS線上報名系統之報名流程。

作品不得已參與過其他競賽，否則將不得參賽。
