I. Entry Information
- Artist must be a current member of WPSE.
- Representational Paintings of Original Concept and Design Only. Paintings completed in a classroom or workshop setting are not considered original artwork.
- Accepted mediums are : oil paint, watercolor paint, pastels, acrylic paint, gauche, and egg tempera only.
- Paintings must be framed and ready for hanging or on at least 1 and 1/2 inch gallery wrap canvas with painted sides and must not exceed 1200 sq. inches.
- Paintings must have been completed within the past two (2) years.
- Maximum Entries : Applicants may submit up to two (2) paintings for the $45 application fee
- All Paintings must be for sale and reflect the artist's current pricing. No NFS.
- Artist shall receive 50% of all sales made.
- Any artist who withdraws an entry after acceptance shall not be eligible to enter any WPSE exhibition for the two succeeding years.
- An Important Juror : Acclaimed Painter, M. Camille Day, will judge this show. www.studiocamille.com
- Artist is solely responsible for shipping and handling costs to and from the gallery. A shipping label for return shipping must accompany your accepted artwork. Paintings are not insured by the gallery and the artist assumes all risks.

III. How to Submit Your Paintings
- Membership Status must be up to date. To update your status, go to www.womenpaintersse.blogspot.com.
- To submit your paintings go to Juried Art Services
IV. Fees
- There is a jury fee for this show of $45 for up to two works to be considered
- There is a $15 processing fee for EACH accepted piece. If accepted, you will send a check for $15 for each accepted piece made out to: Blue Ridge Mountain Arts Association or BRMAA.
- If accepted, you must include a pre-paid shipping label for return shipping (FedEx)
- Members entering must be a paid member through Dec. 1, 2014. Membership fee is $35 per year, renewable on each year on Dec. 1st. www.womenpaintersse.blogspot.com
V. Sales Commission:
- A sales commission of 50% is expected by Blue Ridge Mountain Arts Association for all paintings sold.
- ALL WORK THAT IS SUBMITTED MUST BE FOR SALE.
VI. Calendar of Events
- December 1, 2014 Membership Renewal Due (www.womenpaintersse.blogspot.com)
- December 1, 2014 Digital Entries must be received and jury fees must be paid
- December 15, 2014 Notification of accepted works sent.
- March 20 - 27, 2015 All Accepted Works Must Arrive at Blue Ridge Arts Association, 420 West Main Street, Blue Ridge, GA 30513
- Previews and People's Choice Voting
- Preview April 3 through April 9, 2015
- People's Choice Voting April 9, 2015 5-7pm.
- Show Opening Celebration April 10, 2015 (artists are requested to be present if possible) 6pm-8:30pm
- May 1, 2015 Close of show.
- May 15, 2015 Artwork Returned
