May 28, 2013 – Acceptance status available on Juried Art Services www.juriedartservices.com. * Notification of acceptance begins via email. Complete shipping instructions will be provided at this time.

June 1, 2013 – Roster of artist names accepted into the show posted on the ISAP website at www.isap-online.com.

July 15 - 20, 2013 - Shipped paintings must arrive in Paso Robles between these dates.

July 20, 2013 - Saturday afternoon walk-in deliveries of accepted paintings. Delivery time to be announced.

July 26 - 28, 2013 - Christopher Schink Acrylic Workshop.

July 29, 2013 - Selection of awards by Mr. Schink.

August 1, 2013 - Show opens.

August 3, 2013 - Awards announced at public reception, 4-6PM. First Saturday festivities.

September 1, 2013 - Sunday afternoon walk-in painting pick-up. Pick-up time to be announced.

September 2, 2013 - Show closes.

September 3, 2013 - Return shipping begins.

* Entrants must log on to the Juried Art Services website to view the acceptance status of each painting submitted. To ensure anonymity during the jurying process ISAP cannot provide this information.

About the Exhibition

This International Exhibition is open to all artists 18 years of age or older working in the acrylic medium on any surface.

Cash and materials prizes totaling at least $8000 will be awarded.

For ISAP members in good standing, acceptance to this physical exhibition may yield Signature Membership status. Non-members, to be eligible for Signature Membership, must apply for membership and pay the full annual dues prior to the close of this show. Juror - Christopher Schink.

Mr. Schink is an internationally known painter, author and instructor.

Mr. Schink holds a B.A. degree in Fine Arts from Stanford University and has studied privately with Rex Brandt, Edward Betts, and Barse Miller. Schink is an elected member of the National Watercolor Society and an Honorary Member of the Federation of Canadian Artists.

Mr. Schink's paintings have been included in numerous national and international exhibitions including Watercolor USA, The National Watercolor Society Annuals, and Watercolor West. He has exhibited at one- and two-man shows at The Asheville, NC Museum, The Columbia, SC Museum, and The Jackson, MS Municipal Art Gallery. His paintings are in many private and corporate collections.

Mr. Schink has conducted workshops in 45 states in the U.S. as well as classes in Canada, Mexico, Australia, and Europe. He has served as juror for over 40 state, regional, national, and international exhibitions.



He is the author of several popular books and the co-editor of the quarterly publicationThe Palette Magazine. His work has been featured in many books and magazines including The American Artist, The Artists' Magazine, and International Artist.

Entering The Exhibition

Enter the show, upload images, and pay fees at Juried Art services www.juriedartservices.com. If you do not have a login with Juried Art Services you can register for free. Click the ‘Register Now’ link to the right of the Login button on their homepage. Be sure to remember your login and password as you will need to login on May 28^th to check the acceptance status of each work submitted.

For help using the Juried Art Services website click ‘HELP’. The HELP documents include tutorials (with pictures!) on new member registration, applying for an event, preparing your images**, and managing your applications. If you need further assistance send a request to the email address listed on their HELP page, support@jurying.net .

** Please be certain that your digital images adhere to the guidelines to avoid delays or rejection of your application; JPG format, RGB color model, 300ppi, 1400-4000px on the longest side.

Fees

Three paintings per artist may be entered. One painting per artist will be considered for final acceptance into the show.

$30 - 1 painting

$35 - 2 paintings

$40 - 3 paintings

The entry fees are stated in U.S. currency and are payable through PayPal during event registration on the Juried Art Services website.

The exhibition venue, Paso Robles Art Association, requires a $25 unpacking and packing fee with prepaid shipping forms for the return of the work. Hand delivered entries will not be subject to the handling fee.

Although the utmost care will be taken in handling the paintings, neither the ISAP representatives, nor the art venue (Paso Robles Art Association and its representatives) will be responsible for damage or loss. Please carry your own insurance.

Terms and Conditions

This International Exhibition is open to all artists 18 years of age or older working in the acrylic medium on any surface.

This is a physical exhibition that carries a commitment to ship and exhibit accepted works.

All work must be for sale with a 40% commission collected by the host gallery.

Failure to exhibit an accepted work results in forfeiture of Signature Membership eligibility for a period of two years. Additionally, you may not enter any ISAP show during this same period.

All work must have been created in the past three years and not exhibited in any previous ISAP show, physical or online. The physical work must conform to the concept of being 80% acrylic on any 2D surface. Minimum size is 9”x12”. Maximum width is 40” framed. Use only plexiglass for framed work on paper, etc.. No frame is needed for gallery wrap canvas but sides must be painted.

You are confirming that work entered is your own and no copyrighted images are used. Please consider that identifiable collage imagery may be copyrighted; collage elements should not exceed 20% of finished piece.

Entering work gives consent for reproduction and archival of the work on the www.isap-online.com website for use in online galleries and for ISAP promotional activities.

It is understood that entries may be subject to review for appropriate subject matter.

This class will focus more on concepts and content, than technique. Students must bring the acrylic pigments they normally use along with any mixed media supplies. Work may be on paper or canvas, but students must bring at least 4 sheets of watercolor paper for exercises on design concepts and their own resource material to work from.

Fee: $325/non-members, $300/ISAP members. Maximum enrollment, 16 students. A wait list will be established if registration exceeds this number. Registration deadline: June 1, 2013

WORKSHOP'S NON-NEGOTIABLE CANCELLATION POLICY


1. All registration by USPS mail. Spaces are reserved on a first deposit received basis via personal check for the entire workshop fee of $325 (or $300 if you are an ISAP member with dues paid for 2013) for the three day workshop experience in Paso Robles, CA. Registration deadline is June 1, 2013 Workshop Dates are July 26, 27, 28 2013

2. Once your place has been reserved, there will be a non-refundable cancellation
 fee of $50 prior to 30 days before the event. (June 26, 2013)

3. Any cancellation less than 30 days before the event will incur a $100 cancellation fee.

4. ALL REFUND OPPORTUNITIES END 14 DAYS BEFORE THE START OF THE WORKSHOP. (July 11, 2013)
 This policy holds even for unforeseen personal situations that may arise, so we can meet our own production commitments for this workshop.

5. We reserve the right to cancel the workshop, in which case, we will make full refund.
