Photography has been able to adapt to today’s current lifestyle better than any other art form. Mobile Works exhibition will showcase the diversity of on the go photography, specifically cell phone photography. All submissions must be taken with a cell phone and edited only with a cell phone.

The juror for this exhibition is Keith Lane is a freelance photographer and multimedia producer currently based in Washington, DC. He began his photography career in Southeast Asia. Keith is an alumnus of the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies in Portland, Maine and holds an M.S. in Environmental Education with a focus on international policy and advocacy from Lesley University.

Please consider how you intend to exhibit the photograph prior to entry. All works must be printed and suitable for gallery hanging. The gallery reserves the right to reject work that differs from submitted images.

SUBMISSIONS:

1. Entries can be submitted online via Juried Art Services.

2. Payment: $30.00

NOTIFICATION :

Notification will be sent via email, whether your piece has been selected by the juror or not. See calendar for date of notification.

LIMITATIONS:

Final measurements must be inclusive of frame, if applicable. Weight may not exceed 150 pounds. All entries must have been conceived and created by the artist submitting the work. All work selected must be ready for exhibit: 2D work must be framed with secure hanging devices; 3D work must be suitably prepared with instructions for installation. The gallery reserves the right to reject work that differs from submitted images.

SALES :

All work must be available for sale. LAF will retain a 40% sales commission from sold work. Payment is made on the 15th of each month for the previous month’s sales. Sold works must remain hanging for the duration of the show.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF WORK:

Shipped work must be sent in a sturdy re-usable container, with a prepaid return shipping label enclosed. No Styrofoam peanuts please. Accepted artwork may also be hand-delivered. Please see calendar for timeline.
