Awards
Over $25,000 in cash awards including:
AAA Gold Medal of Honor $3,000
AAA Silver Medal of Honor, $2,000
AAA Bronze Medal of Honor $1,000
Works Eligible
Open to all artists 18 years and older. Original 2 dimensional artwork in oil, watercolor, pastel, acrylic, graphic, mixed media, and sculpture.
Size Limitation
2 dimensional work – 44” max. width or height including frame. All framed work must be ready to hang. Sculpture in the round – 48”x24” max. dimensions excluding base, max weight 150lbs. Reliefs – 36”x36”x6” deep, max. dimensions, max. weight 30lbs.
Sculptors
Must bring pedestal or pay $35 pedestal rental fee by August 25, 2019.

Sculptor is also required to bring a helper on receiving and pick up day if the artwork cannot be lifted and moved by the artist alone.
Acceptance Notification
A complete list of all accepted artists will be posted on the AAA website beginning July 16th. Exhibition label must be attached to back of accepted entry. Artwork must be delivered to the Salmagundi Club unpacked and uncrated. Neither AAA nor the Salmagundi Club will accept crated work.
Entry Fee
$55.00 for one entry
Sales: 25% commission will be charged by AAA on all sales related to the exhibition, no POR (price on request). NFS is permitted.

Ship early, work must arrive at DAD by August 18th
Work should not be shipped directly to the Salmagundi Club, unless delivered by DAD. Artwork must be properly labeled. All work should be picked up on Sept 16. Neither Allied Artists nor the Salmagundi Club are responsible for artwork left on the premises after the close of the exhibition.

We suggest that artists carry their own insurance. Neither AAA nor the Salmagundi Club, nor anyone connected with the exhibition will be responsible for loss or damage however caused. Your entry into this exhibition constitutes agreement with these terms and conditions and for reproduction rights.
